Job Overview

This role is crucial in creating and delivering training materials focused on enhancing business processes and leveraging IT applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements to facilitate effective solution development.
• Design user acceptance testing (UAT) materials along with web-based business solutions.
• Develop and present training materials aimed at business process enhancement and IT applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders to identify and drive improvements in business solutions.
• Construct process flow diagrams to effectively visualize and communicate processes.
• Support the documentation and application of project management tools to ensure successful project delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in gathering business requirements (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in business requirements and functional design documentation (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience working directly with senior stakeholders (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in creating process flow diagrams (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with project managers and stakeholders (mandatory)
• 5+ years of business process knowledge (mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills (mandatory)
• Experience in delivering and leading training sessions (desired)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification (highly desired)
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) (highly desired)
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and functional modules (desired)
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3+ years)
• Experience as the Lead Business Analyst within a team of analysts and developers (desired)
