Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our esteemed Innovation Partnerships team in the renewable energy sector, working remotely. This pivotal role entails managing key relationships, optimizing processes within our Salesforce CRM system, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing significant sponsorship and partnership agreements while ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM records for Innovation partnerships, encompassing leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute custom reports utilizing the Innovation CRM database.
  • Suggest and execute CRM processes to bolster the activities of the Innovation unit.
  • Monitor and analyze fundamental metrics that assess market engagement for stakeholder initiatives.
  • Handle and process sponsorship contracts and partnership agreements efficiently.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for the Innovation staff based on stakeholder insights.
  • Conduct media and secondary-source research as required.
  • Support the Innovation Partnerships team in arranging meetings, events, and other engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Ability to work independently with a robust comprehension of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Proficient in documenting requirements and specifications, along with the capability to create visual aids that represent business processes using industry standards.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to identify essential needs versus non-essential requests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities aimed at discovering cost-effective and dependable solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results efficiently.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including account and contact management, campaign development, and custom reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
  • Ability to recommend and sustain CRM processes that enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong technical writing skills for creating thorough reports.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and library/information science is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as information or library science, technical disciplines, business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is essential.
