Job Overview

We are in search of a talented Database and Ticket Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our event operations team. Your expertise will ensure the effective management of ticketing processes and the Salesforce CRM system, which are critical to the successful launch and execution of our events. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure events within the Salesforce CRM, ensuring the precision and integrity of all data.
  • Conduct regular audits and updates of Salesforce data to uphold operational excellence.
  • Provide training to internal teams on leveraging Salesforce for effective event management and ticketing.
  • Collaborate with IT and Salesforce administrators to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of digital and physical tickets, maintaining communication with vendors and partners.
  • Monitor ticket sales, produce performance reports, and ensure adherence to ticketing regulations and best practices.
  • Manage seating inventory and address any ticket-related inquiries.
  • Offer on-site support during events to guarantee seamless ticket operations and outstanding guest services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ticketing strategies aimed at enhancing attendee experiences.
  • Work in tandem with the Ticket Operations Manager to meet critical deadlines and uphold high operational standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across departments to align on objectives and priorities.
  • Support system improvements and oversee the entire ticketing process.

Qualifications

  • Bi/multilingual candidates are preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary range: \(45,000.00 to \)48,000.00 annually.
