Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and advisors, ensuring robust relationships are maintained.
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including onboarding procedures, documentation, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and process various paperwork and deposits.
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with clients to promptly address and resolve any issues.
  • Provide professional telephone coverage, effectively managing urgent calls through to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies while delivering outstanding client service.
  • Welcome clients and guests with warmth, ensuring a high standard of service is upheld.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellence in service delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, with a capacity to address client issues professionally and judiciously.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within wealth management or a related financial services environment is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive Salary Range: \(60,000 - \)75,000
