Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Banking & Cash Management Solutions

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to oversee the global management of our cutting-edge banking and cash management solutions. This pivotal role requires the formulation and execution of a strategic product roadmap that resonates with our organizational objectives, customer requirements, and prevailing market trends. The successful candidate will enhance product ROI through judicious resource allocation and effective product adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities in collaboration with the head of Product.
  • Function as the “CEO of the product,” optimizing return on investment by ensuring strategic resource allocation.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance in terms of market adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
  • Engage with customers to capture requirements for new development projects and relay these insights to the Product Analyst for solution design.
  • Serve as a recognized expert and influencer in the Banking and Cash Management sector.
  • Participate in the development and advocacy of global standards, including Swift and SEPA.
  • Collaborate with global sales and service teams to support their efforts.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, global software products from inception to launch in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with global SaaS platforms.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.

Qualifications
