At Flex Living, we believe renting a home should be as easy as buying an item from Amazon, that means ensuring our guests have an abundance of choice and flexibility to cancel if their plans change. We aim to help landlords stop paying excessive management fees and help renters live and work comfortably anywhere in the world.

Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities around the world. You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and strategic human resources manager to lead our HR team. In this role, you will support our company’s growth by driving people-focused initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to performance management, and will work closely with leadership to promote an engaged and effective workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the onboarding process and ensure an engaging and seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing concerns, fostering open communication, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance review programs that motivate, engage, and retain our team. Provide coaching and support for managers to handle employee performance.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure policies and procedures align with local labor laws and industry best practices, fostering a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
  • Learning & Development: Identify development needs, create training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions and report on HR performance and trends to executive leadership.
