Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,200 USD/month + $20 bonus per 5-star Google review (payments through Wise)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time


Benefits:12 holidays flexible to local country, 15 PTO days - facility customer service is fully closed on Easter, Christmas, and US Thanksgiving Day. The remaining holidays can be customized to your local national holidays.




Our Client:

Our client owns a group of three storage facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina, USA. They have another two storage facilities under contract/under construction that will begin operation in the next three to six months.


Job Overview:

Their facilities are remotely managed. Customers interact with them by phone, email, or manage their accounts online. The CSR is the central contact for all customer related issues, and is the front line for coordinating maintenance and repairs.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more storage facility locations
  • Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer service problems by professionally handling telephone and email inquiries. Customer rental and move-in experience must be positive through friendly interaction and knowledgeable guidance.
  • Promote positive online reviews
  • Perform collection tasks for past due customers to include phone calls, preparing emails or letters, preparing Auction Sales paperwork; document customer correspondence in the computer system.
  • Interact with local maintenance crew and vendors to ensure the site is clean and presentable and that units are ready to rent.
  • Accept and process payments for storage rent
  • Prepare and submit operational, accounting, and/or other reports as required by company policy


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with customers. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and complete assigned duties
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, Gmail
  • Ability to compose professional emails with proper grammar
