Primary Duties & Responsibilities
General administrative and freight office duties as required.
Participate fully in working as a team and to participate in all ‘multi skill’ training and learning and development opportunities.
Administration compliance and other reporting
Participate in all Freight Office activities and ensure that all documentation processed is accurate and complete.
Ensure all activities undertaken in the Freight Office are compliant with Team Global Express policies, procedures and guidelines and meet audit requirements.
Customer Service
Carrier payment reconciliation and processing
Pallet control/data entry
Reception duties as required.
Active support and participation in quality management procedures and practices.
Provide a range of accurate and timely financial and operational reports as instructed by the Administration Manager.
Dissemination of business requirements and general information to branch employees.
