We have an immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience. Experience with writs of mandate, municipal civil litigation and land use litigation is highly preferred. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills as well as significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and handling matters independently. This position may be based in any of our California offices. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
