We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Business Operations "Biz Ops" lead within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU. The successful leader will be the business partner supporting OSC Finance, OSC SBU functional leads and the program office. The selected candidate must be able to leverage proactive leadership, have the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, able to handle multiple competing priorities across a variety of programs and be able to work with all levels of the organization. This position is currently supporting a remote work type arrangement.
What You Will Do:
Key integration point between LADS functional and program teams to meet financial objectives of SBU as it relates to Operations and Material forecast, Cash commitments and Productivity
Support to monthly LADS functional forecast reviews, deep dives, & functional alignment with the OSC SBU Leads, Program Operations Managers (POMs), Material Program Managers (MPMs), Factory Operations Managers (FOMs) & OSC Finance teams
Partner directly with Program Management / FP&A / OSC Finance / OSC SBU teams regarding forecast assumptions, Risks & Opportunities & Actions to Close
Support LRP / AOP program level supply and demand alignment for functional SBU, review LADS impact on capacity & CER base factory assumptions, and support S&OP/S&OE alignment
Develop and manage weekly and monthly Operations staffing reporting and analysis down to factory and/or value stream level to the OSC SBU teams to drive proactive risk mitigation / opportunity capture
Support weekly & monthly Material forecast reviews
Facilitate Operations Forecast and Material forecast assumption alignment as it relates to the Material Order Coverage (MOC) metrics
Review and gain alignment between the Program Office, FP&A and Functional teams on Cash & Productivity assumptions
Coordinate package generation for monthly OSC Program Execution Review (PER)/ Monthly Business Review (MBR) OSC finance requirements
Support quarterly SBU focused CER top driving impacts & program Office & Functional Alignment on assumptions of CER basis of estimate
Drive SBU, Program office & Functional teams to achieve CER commitments by clearly summarizing and statusing key enablers to meet the forecast with OSC SBU, OSC Finance, and PMO
Centralized point for monthly deliverables and ad hoc requests
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant financial experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of applicable experience. Preferred degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's)
Experience with Program costs & schedules
Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Qualifications We Prefer:
MBA
Leadership experience on high visibility projects and programs
Experience with FP&A on programs or within the functions
Ability to support multiple competing priorities and communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to meet critical deadlines & develop and apply solutions and process improvement
Additional Information:
This position is grade P4, Manager, Program Cost Controls.
Relocation assistance is not available.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
