Product Manager/Marketing Manager
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support our marketing strategy for our rare disease business team.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, competitive landscape, literature and therapeutic management of the Thyroid Eye Disease (TEPEZZA), in addition to understanding managed care and infusion center dynamics
- Manage and enhance external relationships with thought leaders, promotional speakers and strategic business partners
- Support implementation of marketing strategy via execution of congresses, speaker bureaus, and the creation of key communication materials (ie speaker decks, congress booths, promotional tools, etc…)
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership, sales training, and internal cross-functional groups to pull through the brand campaign, messaging, and segmentation as well as develop marketing initiatives and marketing materials to educate and engage stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to continue to grow product adoption as well as to support the strategy for expansion into endocrinology
- Lead external partners (ad agency, meeting planners, market research, consultants) to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, messages and tactics across several projects at once and within agreed upon timelines and budgets
- Leverage business insights and expert feedback to provide active input into the development and review of brand strategy and tactical plan
- Gain feedback on and track marketing program efficiency and continuously strive to optimize marketing programs
- Work with promotional review committee (MAC) to ensure that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or sales experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or sales experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or sales experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate business or healthcare related degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/sales preferably in the healthcare pharmaceutical industry
- Endocrinology and/or Biologic specialty product marketing or sales experience preferred
- Experience working with multiple projects and handling multiple external vendors
- Must have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction is crucial.
- Flexibility to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment with multiple demands with initiative and independence required
- Ability to develop and execute on the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging & overall campaign
- Work well with others
- Requires approximately 30% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range
120,385.00 USD - 149,715.00 USD
