Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Content Marketing Assistant for our growth marketing team in the US. The ideal candidate will play a key part in shaping high-quality blog content across a variety of industries, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client standards. They will work closely with writers and publishing teams to review and edit long-form blog posts and help manage content production for multiple clients.

The Role

  • Edit and collaborate with teams to ensure the successful publishing of content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand, client, and publisher standards and adheres to specific SOPs.
  • Manage the submission and publishing of articles to external publications; maintaining email/written communication with these publications and submission forms.
  • Oversee Presscart publishing previews and implement necessary fixes.
  • Handle domain replacements and updates throughout the month.
  • Track and deliver published articles to client boards via Monday.com.
  • Craft engaging and compelling titles for various blog content. 
  • Collaborate with the servicing, production, and publishing teams to meet client goals.
  • Follow brand guidelines and specific SOPs for this client and their partner clients.
 

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, writing & editing blog posts across various industries 
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous content (blog) editing skills, reading thoroughly through all articles (Proofreading, writing, editing, photo sources, etc.)
  • Grammarly experience for content editing
  • Quality & fact checking information written in the articles for accuracy per client 
  • Experience editing long-form blog posts (1,000+ words) across industries including but not limited to: Business, AI, Health, Wellness, Beauty, and more.
  • Strong communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely content delivery - using Monday.com for all real-time project updates
  • High level of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, supporting 50+ articles per month 
  • Strong writing skills through blogs, emails, and internal/external communications
