What you will do

Business Development: Service Design & Development:

  • Support with Service Design & Development activities according to the Allianz’s standards, rules and practices (Service Blueprint, Operating model, governance structure, business case and others)
  • Lead and manage services through design and run phase ensuring adherence to timelines, tight deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Support for contract management activities: contract creation, contract reviews, creation of contract amendments and service description.
  • Reporting project specific information to various stakeholders:
  • Regular project reporting covering topics such as achievements, risks, issues, impediments, decisions, financials & team capacity.

KPIs tracking and reporting.

  • Financial Management & Reporting:
  • Budget controlling.
  • Provide support in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for services.
  • Provide support to Sales Management, assisting in sales-related activities such as proposal preparation with focus pricing and contract negotiation

Stakeholder Management:

  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings / workshops with the internal teams as well as with customers.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive interactions with clients, vendors, and global service delivery teams.
  • Continuous Service Improvement / Quality Management:
  • Conduct regular” Customer Satisfaction Interviews” with the customers (at least once a year) and create a list of issues & service improvement measures.
  • Manage documentation, including service plans, reports, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

 

What you bring

  • Coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams „proactive customer-centric working style”.
  • Incorporation of good self-organization is required.
  • Autonomous working style.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

 

You have

  • University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting;
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience ideally with experience in service/project management, preferably with a focus on global projects and services coordination.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding budget controlling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English is required (speaking and writing).
