As a Business Operations Analyst at Flipster,

You will be equipped with data analytics expertise, combined with your knowledge and experience in business strategy. You will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making processes, discovering user insights and developing strategies that optimize our business operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a company-wide strategy aligned with long-term goals.

Communicate complex data analysis results through clear data visualization, reports, and presentations with key stakeholders.

Create data-driven strategies to drive growth across various funnels, including user acquisition, activation and reactivation.

Identify key user behaviors and evaluate the financial impacts of business activities.

Conduct research on industry benchmarks, competitor anlaysis, and market dynamics to provide insights for development of long-term business strategies.

Operate in an agile work environment, pivoting quickly and navigating ambiguity to drive business results.

Manage unplanned and urgent operational tasks as they arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution.

Lead continuous improvement efforts by developing performance metrics, tracking progress, and optimizing strategic decisions and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years in a business strategy or management consulting role, with experience and expertise in data analytics.

Proficient in programming or data query languages such as SQL, R, or similar.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to various stakeholders.

High proficiency in English.
