About the Role:

The Senior Software Engineer supports and participates in the design and development of new and existing products and ensures strong quality with adherence to defined development processes. This position will be a strong contributor in implementing coherent and scalable development processes, designing innovative technical solutions and strategies, training, mentoring, and coaching the engineering team, and fulfilling a technical lead role on projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software systems.
  • Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively applying this knowledge to improve software design and development processes.
  • Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes that enhance productivity and software quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack.
  • Provide innovative solutions to challenging problems, balancing technical and business requirements.
