Job description

Your tasks
If you're ready to make an impact, optimize campaigns across dynamic channels, and take our marketing efforts to new heights, this is your opportunity to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), the following exciting tasks await you:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, optimize, and scale performance marketing strategies across different acquisition channels (paid search, paid social, and others, e.g. native, programmatic, or app marketing).
  • Data Tracking & Analysis: Analyze data to identify insights, make data-driven adjustments, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and ROAS. Support the implementation, hygiene and control of events via Google Tag Manager and traffic information in Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance.
  • Feed Optimization & Product Listing Management: Use tools like Channable for feed optimization and manage Google Merchant Center to ensure accurate, up-to-date product listings. Regularly optimize product feeds to improve ad performance and enhance user experience.
  • A/B Testing & Creative Optimization: Lead A/B testing efforts for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages, making iterative improvements to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Performance Insights: Compile regular performance reports, highlighting campaign KPIs and insights on ROI, CPA, and conversion rates. Use your findings to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team and drive continuous improvement.

About us
KoRo was founded in Berlin in 2014 with the aim of making high-quality food accessible to everyone at fair prices by skipping trading levels, efficient processes, and bulk sizes with a simple design. Today, besides its large packaging, KoRo stands out from its competitors through its unique products – like our best-selling date hazelnut cream, exceptional kinds of nut butter, and a wide range of snacks. KoRo now employs around 300 people and our products are sold throughout Europe.

KoRo will offer you a dynamic environment where you won’t only contribute to the food market revolution, but you will also be able to show your full potential. We are a diverse and committed team in which people from many countries and cultures work on a common mission: to make KoRo Europe's leading brand for innovative vegan and vegetarian foods. At KoRo, you will have the opportunity to be part of an open and exciting company that is constantly developing and in whose innovative and creative atmosphere new ideas and approaches are encouraged.

The KoRo team is just as diverse as our product range! To ensure that diversity continues to grow as quickly as our nut-loving team, we evaluate applicants regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/denomination, ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
