Job description

This is a remote position.

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin in a fast-paced, creative environment, supporting high-level executives in their mission to bring diverse stories to global audiences. You’ll manage crucial administrative tasks that keep our creative engine running smoothly, from complex scheduling across international time zones to preparing materials for pitch meetings that could launch the next big hit. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the entertainment industry, gaining invaluable insights into media production and multicultural storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Juggle complex calendars and coordinate meetings across global time zones
  • Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access to critical information
  • Manage follow-up communications on behalf of executives
  • Assist in crafting and refining pitch decks and presentation materials
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and manage expenses
  • Research and compile various assets, including video clips and logos
  • Support event organization and production-related activities
      



Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital file management
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and anticipate needs
