As a HR Coordinator (internally known as a People Services Coordinator), your role is to provide a range of administrative HR related services to the business to enable them to achieve their operational and strategic objectives.
 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently graduated university or is interested in gaining exposure to the Human Resources function of a large, dynamic organisation.

This will be a full-time, 6-month contract position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft and deliver the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding as it relates to HR administration through document generation and data entry in EML’s HRIS Workday.
  • Summarise and action employee changes which are effective in each pay cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to deliver meaningful employee experiences.
  • Keep our customers front of mind by driving continuous improvement efficiencies across People Services systems and processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • A keen willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, corporate environment.
  • Switched on with strong attention to detail as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A recent completed (or close to) degree in Business, Human Resources or similar would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous hands-on experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
