- Lead partnerships with large retail accounts and manage revenue growth
- Oversee a team of Account Managers and Executives, supporting their development
- Drive partnership strategies and create external education opportunities
- Be an escalation point for account management and conflict resolution
- Promote team cohesion and cultural principles within the organization
