As an Account Director (Retail, Enterprise) at Flipp, you are responsible for leading successful partnerships with the largest retailers across North America, driving the strategic objectives and revenue growth for each account. You will be managing a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams including Operations, Partner Technology, Partner Insights & Analytics, Finance, and Media Sciences. Alongside the Director of Partner Development, you will be accountable to an annual quota to drive business results. 

You will leverage your leadership, coaching, and account management skills to drive strong long-term partnerships and flawless cross-functional execution for 5 – 10 accounts as the thought leader in your space.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:
  •  You will own our business relationships with key senior contacts (Director+) to drive overall partnership strategy and vision. To grow and deepen the partnerships, as a PRM you will focus on ongoing external education (presentations, calls, and meetings) on the digital shopping landscape and the value of the Flipp platform. 
    You will create new relationships with existing partners to expand depth and breadth, with a focus on adding value for both Flipp and the partner.
  • You are responsible for performance management, coaching and scaling a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. You will be responsible for supporting their career/growth plans at Flipp through ongoing training and feedback.  
  • You will manage revenue and forecasting to meet quota goals alongside the Director of Partner Development, ensuring your team (Account Executives and Managers) are delivering against specific revenue opportunities.
  • You will be an escalation point of contact for your accounts, managing ambiguous or CUSAT-sensitive situations that may pose a risk to the partnership. You will leverage your account management expertise and problem-solving skills to find win-win solutions for partners and internal cross-functional teams. 
  • You will play a key leadership role on your team and the broader Business Development organization, responsible for embodying Flipp’s cultural principles, driving team health and cohesion, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies in PPS (People, Process, Systems)
