They offer innovative shoppable technology and a comprehensive content creation hub, fueled by an in-house team dedicated to crafting custom photo and video content tailored for brands across their platform, retail media promotions, and proprietary channels. Join their vibrant team as a Performance Content Creator! They are seeking a creative individual who thrives in crafting engaging videos and stunning graphic designs, particularly focused on Paid Social advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality video content and graphic design assets for social media campaigns.
  • Bring strategic thinking to content creation to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including paid media managers and media buyers, to optimize creative for paid media campaigns.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and trends in paid media, making recommendations for innovative approaches.
  • Ensure all creative content is aligned with client objectives and performance targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in video editing and graphic design.
  • A portfolio showcasing Paid Social Media content creation, including ads, results, case studies, and creative work.
  • Experience in creating videos and graphic design, with a focus on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, and other platforms).
  • Knowledge of Social Ads is a great plus.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
  • Excellent video editing skills are required.
  • Content ideation/strategic thinking is a plus,
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, preferably a marketing agency.
  • Great attitude and openness to learning where needed.
