Position Overview:

As the Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, optimization, and long-term scalability of the new ERP SaaS solution. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and optimize the backend for scalability and performance.
• Build smooth integrations with our ReactJS front-end.
• Lead database strategies, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior backend developers as the team grows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years
• English: Intermediate+
• SaaS Development Experience: Preferred
• Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex development challenges
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accountability
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high-quality standards across all stages of development

Back-End Competency:

• Strong expertise in PHP and PHP frameworks, particularly Laravel
• Proficiency in MySQL and database management, ensuring optimization, scalability, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and environments like AWS or DigitalOcean for deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications
• Familiarity with Linux systems for effective server management
• Experience implementing modern security practices, including data encryption, securing API endpoints, and other measures to protect the application

Front-End Competency:

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (especially ECMAScript 2015) and experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
• Ability to integrate front-end technologies with back-end Laravel systems seamlessly, ensuring smooth UI/UX
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and front-end libraries, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
