Job description

Job Summary: Modern Requirements Implementation Consultant, focusing on client advocacy and guiding an organization through transforming requirements life cycle management to the Modern Requirements platform. This role requires an experienced professional to assess a client's current state, recommend and implement solutions to achieve a desired future state and act as a trusted advisor. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Modern Requirements tools, methodologies, and best practices in requirements management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Advocacy and Relationship Management
    • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements to tailor the Modern Requirements solution.
    • Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure successful adoption and efficient usage of the implemented solutions.
  2. Current State Analysis and Future State Design
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current requirements management environment, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for improvement.
    • Design a strategic roadmap to transition the client's existing processes to a future state that aligns with industry best practices and leverages Modern Requirements tools.
    • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation and present findings to key stakeholders.
  3. Solution Design and Implementation
    • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Modern Requirements solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and workflows.
    • Collaborate closely with development teams and client IT departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of implemented solutions.
    • To ensure successful project delivery, develop and execute implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Training and Knowledge Transfer
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure full understanding and effective use of the Modern Requirements platform.
    • Provide post-implementation support and guidance, fostering self-sufficiency and best practice adherence for ongoing requirements management.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
    • Stay current with industry trends, requirements management methodologies, and Modern Requirements updates to provide innovative and relevant solutions.
    • Solicit client feedback and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements in future projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements management, consulting, or related roles, with a strong focus on client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven experience with Modern Requirements or similar requirements management tools, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
