As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-impact learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our global workforce and clients. 

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:

Content Strategy and Development:  

  • Lead the development of engaging and effective learning content across multiple modalities (e.g., e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, microlearning). 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and translate them into clear learning objectives and outcomes. 

  • Ensure all content is current, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals. 

Instructional Design Expertise: 

  • Apply sound instructional design principles to assess learning needs, design learning objectives, create content outlines, storyboards, and design documents. 

  • Implement interactive and engaging strategies that cater to diverse learner needs and preferences to enhance learner retention and application of knowledge. 

Project Management:  

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for content development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 

Evaluation and Optimization:  

  • Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously optimize content based on feedback and analytics. 

  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies (e.g., surveys, assessments) to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to understand their learning objectives and requirements, gather insights, and ensure content relevance and accuracy. 

  • Identify relevant external partners and vendors for learning partnerships based on the training needs. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).  

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital learning technologies and benchmarking research. Experience in creating accessible and inclusive learning experiences is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and facilitating in-person and virtual training workshops for a global audience. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying and tracking learning needs. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and a global mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and across geographically dispersed teams. 

It would be nice if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, instructional design, educational technology, psychology, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in a global IT services or technology-driven environment.  

  • Certifications in instructional design, e-learning and micro-learning methodologies are advantageous

* This position is under the CLT employment regime and pays a monthly salary in Brazilian reais (BRL)
