You'll be responsible for

Managing the Customer Relations (CR) inbox and allocate complaints from the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) to the appropriate internal contacts.

Managing the flow of information to and from the AFCA member portal.

Ensuring AFCA responses are submitted on all cases and by their due date.

Maintaining various system records and spreadsheets.

Compiling monthly CR reports and quarterly Key Partner complaint reports.

Reconciling and processing monthly invoices.

Identifying process improvements to complaints and enhance the customer experience.
About you

Experience in providing team administration support.

Proven technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.

High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and inconsistencies are quickly identified.

Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage tasks and competing demands effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively.
