Join our team of 7 dedicated members supporting our sales organization to drive successful business outcomes. The Commercial Support role is pivotal, connecting various departments across borders. Historically, it has been a stepping stone for many long-term Hempel careers, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
Key Tasks:
Provide technical and product-related support.
Prepare and update technical and commercial quotations, ensuring accurate communication with customers.
Support customer onboarding to digital ordering tools.
Manage contracts and technical documents such as certificates, safety data sheets, and test reports.
Conduct customer analyses and prepare related reports.
Handle complaint forms and support the complaint investigation process.
Proofread technical marketing materials.
Occasionally perform cross-border commercial support activities.
Qualifications:
at least 1 year of experience in the related area, customer service or successful completion of an apprenticeship or study program
Fluent in Dutch and English
Good Excel skills including Microsoft Office package
Experience in D365 and in coating industry will be a big plus
