About Androlabs

What is Androlabs and when did we start?

Founded in February 2021 with the acquisition of two mens health products from Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a fast-growing global men’s health pharmaceutical company. Our products are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.

We are part of the Tithonia Group, which is an investment group dedicated to allowing stranded innovation to exist and thrive within the life science industry. The group’s purpose is to improve patient access to medicines globally by providing the best home for proven pharma products. The group is formed of two sister companies with distinct strategies: Androlabs and Simple Pharma.

What is our mission and how do we work?

Our mission is to improve outcomes for men, by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently have two prescription products which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. However, this is not nearly enough – men tend to be under-diagnosed and under-treated (especially for the two conditions we currently focus on – low testosterone and erectile dysfunction).

We are re-evaluating the traditional model of the pharma industry and developing an alternative solution by prioritising targeted, science-led prescriber engagement.

As part of the Tithonia Group, our diverse and combined team has more than 30 people across 7 countries, speaking more than 10 languages. We are EBITDA profitable, growing, and are participating in a market that is ripe for new thinking.

At Androlabs, our core values— Knowledge and Transparency, Agency, First Principle Thinking & Humility—guide our actions every day. They shape our daily operations and interactions. Whether it’s empowering a colleague with the right information, proactively addressing challenges, or embracing feedback, we live these values every day to ensure that Androlabs is a place where innovation thrives, and excellence is the norm.

Requirements

The Role

We are looking for an Androlabs Regional Account Manager to build relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, physicians etc.) across Spain, and to manage a growing team of Healthcare Professional Partners in building their own relationships; with an ultimate view of reducing the life expectancy gap for men in Spain.

The role will afford many opportunities to have an impact on the growth story of Androlabs in Spain. Creativity will be encouraged to help physicians progress along the scientific advocacy journey. This may include presenting at key meetings, or providing feedback to the General Manager/Global Marketing on campaigns.

Efforts will initially focus on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), but the role will expand as our portfolio of treatments grows.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role in an exciting, early-stage business where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the company’s trajectory.

What you will be doing

Engaging with key prescribing stakeholders

  • Leverage CRM tools and work with the Head of Sales to prioritise engagement with known stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, endocrinologists, urologists).
  • Send emails to and call specialists and nurses in order to answer questions, provide support for their treatment decision making, and to build relationships.
  • Deliver key product briefs (virtually and in clinics) and share supporting materials.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the treatment decision-making journey of physicians and identify clear messages to address any pain-points

Making spend decisions and setting targets

  • Manage in-country performance against volumes and sales targets.
  • Calibrate targets with reality and set ambitious but achievable expectations
  • Take spend decisions and responsibly assess against financial targets and in terms of value creation

Implementing company strategy

  • Set priorities in line with our data-driven, first principles approach.
  • Achieve and set clear KPIs for success.
  • Execute targeted, proactive marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in events and congresses.
  • Be the face of Androlabs in Spain.

Managing local Market Access

  • Oversee local market access specificities incl. wholesaler relationships.

Aiding portfolio strategy and new product introduction

  • Provide input on portfolio strategy, both globally and in-country.
  • Perform local due diligence on product opportunities and contribute to integration planning for new product introductions.
  • Oversee new launches in Spain, helping to coordinate sales, marketing, and commercial efforts

Leading people and managing their growth

  • Manage HCP Partners in the country, providing clear guidance on prioritisation of efforts.
  • Aid the recruitment of new team members.
  • Support the development of HCP Partners in Spain, providing coaching to help them improve.

Who You Are and What You Bring

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in successfully promoting prescription medicines to Spanish specialists
  • Excellent communication skills (incl. Spanish language skills)
  • Very strong spoken and written English.
  • Passion for engaging with people
  • A can-do, no excuses attitude
  • Problem-solver with high attention to detail
  • Someone looking for a step-up into a hands-on managerial role - the sky is the limit!
  • Someone who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
  • A love of lean, well-oiled processes and operational efficiency
  • Motivation to join an early stage, high-growth business
