Clients : Our client is a mobile solution that transforms manual checklists into instant insights by enabling frontline workers to implement standard operating procedures and automate workflows in a simple way.
Requirements :
Several years of hands-on software design and development experience in a customer-serving and/or platform context, preferably involving high scale distributed systems
Has 5 years experience of people management experience in a technology leadership role, including experience mentoring senior leaders on management and technical tracks
Experience in mobile development (React.js and Flutter/Kotlin/Swift)
Experience leading and growing a team of Engineers
Experience with developing automated internal frameworks, increasing developer and release velocity, improved code health, and building developer tools.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A solid foundation in software design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical skills and debugging skills
A connection to industry-level trends and best practices, with the ability to advocate for and achieve continuous change and evolution
Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams.
History of success building and managing teams that are accountable, reliable, and performance-oriented
