Job Title: Sales Representative
Location:
 Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD + commission

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong phone and email communication skills and a proven ability to move leads through the sales funnel. This role also includes handling customer service issues requiring a higher level of finesse and professionalism. 90% of the sales will involve inbound inquiries, with the potential for expansion into enterprise account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Field inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and RFQs, qualifying and prioritizing leads.
  • Sales Process: Assist customers in selecting the right products, creating delivery plans, and closing sales, including taking payments.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer service issues requiring high-level communication skills.
  • Enterprise Sales: As you gain experience, work towards developing new enterprise customer relationships and expanding sales channels.
  • Social Media: Maintain the companys social media presence (IG/FB) with relevant weekly posts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Gsuite (commercial Gmail), Hiver (shared inbox overlay in Gsuite) and storefront (BigCommerce).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in digital marketing or managing social media accounts (IG/FB).
  • Industry experience in health, wellness, or beauty is a plus.

Compensation:

  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO) and 10 company holidays per year.
