We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a Manager of Product Operations to lead and optimize the processes that drive our product development efforts! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor the Product Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.

  • Build an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and team members feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

• Process Optimization & Scalability:

  • Implement and refine processes that enable efficient, scalable product development.

  • Standardize reporting, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Oversee the creation and management of product performance dashboards.

  • Use data to drive key decisions around roadmap planning, product improvements, and resource allocation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Build strong partnerships across teams, including product, marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with operational excellence.

• Feedback & Customer Insights:

  • Establish effective feedback loops to ensure customer insights and internal feedback are prioritized in product planning.

  • Collaborate with product managers to integrate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related roles, with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational processes within a product team.

• Leadership Skills:

  • A collaborative leader who fosters trust, encourages diverse ideas, and supports personal and professional growth within their team.

  • Experience mentoring and developing talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Data & Process Proficiency:

  • Strong skills in data analysis and process management, with experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.

  • Ability to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency with a data-driven mindset.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across departments.

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in veterinary practices, healthcare, or similar industries is a plus, but a passion for making a positive impact is essential.
