Job Overview: 

We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Designer to join our team and bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality visuals. This role is essential for creating impactful graphics, managing multimedia content, and enhancing our digital presence. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in graphic design, video editing, and web design, with additional experience in UI/UX and emerging technologies as a plus.

Job Description:
  • Create static visuals for digital and print media, including graphics for social media, infographics, branding materials, and web design elements that align with brand guidelines
  • Design layouts, templates, and visual assets for marketing materials and advertisements
  • Collaborate with content creators to effectively visualize articles, reports, and other written content
  • Update and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and artwork, to ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere to support marketing campaigns and enhance engagement across digital platforms
  • Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing web pages using WordPress, ensuring user-friendly navigation and a seamless experience across devices
  • Support the development of mobile-responsive, conversion-focused landing pages by applying UI/UX principles to improve user engagement
  • Utilize generative AI tools for innovative design and video creation to improve efficiency and add unique elements to visual content
  • Stay up-to-date with graphic design trends and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and innovative
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve future content effectiveness


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in a BPO or ad agency environment
  • Solid understanding of branding principles
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Unbounce, Leadpages and other page builder tools
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong independent work ethic with effective time and project management skills
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles for mobile-responsive, conversion focused landing pages
  • Experience with generative AI tools for design and video, such as DALL-E or Midjourney
