Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement clear SOPs for key internal processes.
Maintain and update SOPs regularly to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, and company procedures.
Develop user-friendly templates for tasks, checklists, and reports within project management systems.
Utilise project management software tools to plan projects with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience as an operations specialist or similar role in the IT sector.
Familiarity with IT service desk software and ticketing systems.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new tools.
The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
