Who You Are

This position will be a Remote role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior IT Project Manager. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Collaborate with senior IT project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Task Coordination: Assist in assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved according to schedule.
3. Resource Management: Coordinate with IT department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project requirements are adequately supported.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to IT projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
5. Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, IT team members, and management to provide updates, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, change requests, and technical specifications, using tools such as MS Project and other project management software.
7. Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure that IT deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and user expectations.
8. Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and that changes are properly documented and approved.
9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed to facilitate the adoption of new IT systems and technologies.
10. Continuous Improvement: Participate in project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the development of best practices within the IT project management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or a related role
3. Solid understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with it having experience on International market the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
7. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications is a plus but not required.
