Overview:
Must be located in PA, NJ, MD, VA, or DE with the ability to travel to our headquarters location in Lancaster, PA
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to partner with lines of business (Consumer, Business and Commercial Banking, Wealth Advisory) in marketing program development and execution. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal clients and marketing colleagues to ensure timely completion and to confirm the technical execution meets stated business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor current marketing journey and trigger programs while developing new programs in conjunction with Marketing Analytics and Demand Generation teams. Provide feedback to Marketing team, as needed.
- Build strong professional relationships with business line partners, product management and sales teams to understand their business goals and objectives and develop marketing programs in support of and in alignment with those goals. Work collaboratively to gain agreement in approach and work with internal marketing team to shape the marketing deliverables.
- Analyze marketing data provided by Analytics team to identify patterns or trends resulting from outcomes of marketing programs, and integrate findings to draw conclusions, generate insights and make recommendations for improved campaign performance.
- Suggest and confirm target audience criteria and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Possess and maintain broad and proficient knowledge of current marketing communication channels/tactics (digital and traditional) to develop omni-channel approaches.
Additional Responsibilities
- May outline and deliver marketing content for sales team use.
- May collaborate/coordinate with external marketing agencies/consultants and service providers to deliver timely campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Marketing, Business, or other applicable. (Required)
Required Experience
3 or more years marketing experience as a member of a marketing team or an agency.
2 or more years financial services/banking experience.

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $53,500.00 - $89,100.00 annually.
