Job description

On this journey for over 12 years, Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare. We enable hospitals to focus on what matters most: patient care. Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world's leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.

As a Product Analytics lead, you’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to illuminate both the operational opportunities in our client hospitals as well as the entire impact chain of our product, from performance of our algorithms, through nudges and recommendations made to hospital staff, to the actions they take and the operational impact they have.

Most important to the role will be your ability to operate at multiple altitudes and across domains. It will require your:

  • Domain knowledge and business savvy to help identify the most important opportunities,

  • Applied analytical skills that balance rigor against practicality and simplicity,

  • Design sense to make the tools we build as intuitive and usable as possible,

  • Technical skills to translate requirements into steps that developers can execute, and

  • Customer-facing communication polish to validate product concepts and gather feedback from users at every level of seniority

This is a high impact role with end-to-end initiative ownership that will drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire solution suite, and shape our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand the business problems of our external and internal users in order to identify and validate new product opportunities

  • Manage the definition and development of a broad scope of analytics products

  • Refine requirements and enable developers to execute efficiently

  • Manage team sprints and coordinate cross-functional efforts when needed

  • Ensure that the analytics products we deliver have both the rigor and polish to delight our users

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years experience in analytics or business intelligence

  • 2+ years experience in product management

  • Healthcare domain experience

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Proficiency with at least one dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g. Looker, Sigma)

  • Comfort structuring and managing end-to-end analytics projects

  • A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details

  • Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact

It’s a Plus if You Have…
  • Experience in the perioperative / surgical domain

  • Experience in the inpatient domain

  • Proficiency in SQL

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package. We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are fundamental to improving healthcare and society, and that’s why we’re building a company that leads the way. We hold ourselves accountable to using fair hiring processes that mitigate the negative impacts of unconscious bias. We also work to ensure that people from underrepresented groups play meaningful roles on both sides of the interview table.
