We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday reporting tools and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a Workday Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and business objectives by developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and analytics.

Remote role based in India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports using Workday Report Writer, Workday Prism Analytics, and other reporting tools within the Workday platform.
  • Design and configure complex Workday calculated fields, custom objects, and data sources to support reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Workday reports by performing data validation and quality checks.
  • Analyze HR data trends, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify insights and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with HRIS team members to optimize Workday data structures, security, and integrations to support reporting requirements.
  • Provide training and support to HR and end-users on Workday reporting tools, best practices, and data visualization techniques.
  • Stay current with Workday releases, updates, and new reporting features to enhance reporting capabilities and efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve HRIS processes, data governance, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Document reporting requirements, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Workday Prism Analytics, and calculated fields. Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience in HRIS administration and understanding of HR processes, data structures, and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
