 Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

 

  • Works in collaboration with the Offboarding Manager

  • Oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators

  • Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the offboarding process

  • Works with the team to offboard team members in a timely manner

  • Tracks all members who need to be offboarded.

  • Communicates with managers in other departments about unresponsive team members

  • Provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on national-level initiatives.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.  

 

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field a plus.

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Must be available to volunteer 15+ hours a week
