THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strong communicator with industry experience to be the voice of the customer for the product marketing discipline. You will collaborate across the organization to support end-to-end product messaging, understanding the competitive landscape, articulating the customer point of view internally, and drive engagement and adoption of our products across the customer journey.
YOU WILL
Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management teams to continually gather and analyze customer and competitive trends to support the development of value propositions across customer verticals.
Be the voice of the customer and market intelligence resource to share how current and future Ncontracts customers’ needs impact our product roadmap prioritization, messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral.
Think big about the future of risk and compliance and how you can accelerate adoption of our products by our customers through competitive intelligence, market research, win/loss analysis, and persona development.

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
