Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing and consulting firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team.

 

Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we are a 4x Inc. 5000 company and a Certified Great Place to Work, with more than 2,000 team members in the Philippines, Colombia, Eastern Europe, and the U.S.


The Enterprise Sales Representative will focus on selling Peak Support’s outsourcing services to large enterprise clients. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with the goal of expanding Peak Support’s presence within high-value accounts.

Responsibilities 

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. 
  • Create and test new strategies for building connections with potential client stakeholders. 
  • Travel as needed to connect with prospects, organize get togethers/dinner invitations, attend industry conferences, etc. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions that meet client needs. 
  • Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. 
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to Peak Support’s continued growth. 
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. 


Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the B2B outsourcing or consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to source enterprise opportunities and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A track record of creative solutioning and collaboration with potential clients and internal teams to build and communicate custom solutions. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
