Just Right Reader is seeking a Data Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring that our data-driven literacy program runs smoothly and efficiently, especially as we expand into state-level contracts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing large sets of data, while also being able to support educators and administrators with their questions and needs.

  • Customer Service Experience: Experience communicating with educators and administrators is highly desirable. Ability to explain complex processes clearly and patiently over phone or email.
  • Type-A Personality: You thrive on detail, organization, and meeting deadlines. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
