Job description

This is a remote position.

Work schedule:

Full-time; 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, Pacific time(11:30 PM - 7:30 AM Manila time); 8 hours per day with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, including processing invoices and payments
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including following up on customer payments
Communicate with vendors and customers primarily via email, occasionally by phone
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Support the finance department in various accounting tasks as needed

Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in using accounting software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong communication skills, particularly in written English
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
