Role Name: Cold Caller

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (7 hours per day)

Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in excess funds recovery, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s mission to help individuals reclaim their rightful assets. This position combines sales prowess with customer service excellence, requiring you to engage potential clients, explain complex financial concepts in simple terms, and guide them through the process of recovering surplus funds. You’ll leverage your persuasion skills and attention to detail to drive results, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. This role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, allowing you to directly impact people’s financial well-being while honing your professional abilities in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the concept of surplus claims and our services
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to secure client agreements and close deals
  • Manage and update the CRM system with precision, ensuring accurate recording of all client interactions
  • Respond promptly to incoming client messages, maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Strategically place clients into appropriate sales pipelines after initial contact
  • Handle objections effectively, providing compelling rebuttals during sales calls
  • Maintain a balance between high call volume and quality client interactions
  • Continuously improve conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups
