Position Summary

As a Product Owner for Product Servicing, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing product-related services, focusing on optimizing customer processes and ensuring seamless product usage. You will own and refine the servicing processes, such as managing OBUs (On-Board Units) and handling product lifecycle events. This role will require close collaboration with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure product servicing meets business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and refine the product vision and strategy for product servicing processes, aligning them with overall business objectives.
  • Process Management: Own and improve key service processes, ensuring efficient handling of:
  • Customer-Centric Development: Gather customer feedback related to product servicing and use it to enhance processes, ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient.
  • Backlog & Roadmap Management: Manage the backlog of servicing-related features and improvements in Jira, prioritizing them based on business value and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and servicing teams to design solutions that address servicing needs while ensuring scalability and technical feasibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to product servicing (e.g., average resolution time for OBU-related issues, customer satisfaction scores).
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and manage Risks, Impediments, Dependencies, and Assumptions (RIDAs) related to product servicing. Ensure transparency with stakeholders to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials and business process documentation for internal teams and customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of process changes and improvements.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on product servicing or similar processes.
  • Experience in managing customer-facing product support or servicing processes (e.g., returns, replacements, suspensions).
  • Proven experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Ability to define, implement, and improve business processes related to product usage and lifecycle events.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable product solutions.
  • Experience in international or multicultural environments.
