Job Title: Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist (Remote/Work from Home)

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our exceptional team. This remote position operates on a commission-based compensation structure, and a valid Alaska Real Estate License is required. The role focuses on the generation of new leads, conducting cold and warm calls, building relationships with prospective clients, and improving our lead conversion metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through various communication channels such as email and phone calls, effectively adding prospects to our sales pipeline.

  • Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries, successfully converting leads into appointments to facilitate timely responses from agents.

Required Skills

Qualifications
