Job Title: Project/Program Manager - Remote

Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Project/Program Manager who excels in a collaborative and dynamic setting. In this position, you will oversee projects that, while potentially small in scale, are critical to our clients’ success. You will work under the guidance of a State supervisor or manager, playing an integral role in achieving clear and measurable project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small-scale projects or support larger initiatives, ensuring alignment with state objectives.
  • Implement project management best practices as defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines, providing regular reports on progress and deliverables.
  • Manage all project resources, including technical staff, clients, and contract personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, as well as development, testing, and documentation practices.
  • Facilitate the deployment of applications in coordination with the assigned LSA.
  • Organize project communications through regular meetings and effectively manage resource allocation.
  • Monitor and assess outsourced tasks to confirm they meet project specifications.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities (Advanced, 7-9 years).
  • Proven experience in developing integration strategies (Proficient, 4-6 years).
  • Quick adaptability to learn new concepts (Proficient, 4-6 years).
  • Strong project management expertise (Advanced, 7-9 years).
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills (Proficient, 4-6 years).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Proficient, 4-6 years).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-9 years of relevant experience in project management is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
