We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our team remotely. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing our Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in government environments and demonstrate exceptional skills in serving as an effective liaison between users and the Scrum team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Owner, articulating and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business objectives and user needs.
- Utilize your experience in government projects to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary intermediary between users and the Scrum team, converting user requirements into actionable tasks.
- Actively participate in Agile practices, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within the Scrum team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep detailed documentation of product features, user stories, and project advancements.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with security standards and assist in obtaining necessary clearances.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience serving as a Product Owner, with specialized knowledge in Salesforce Service Cloud and government projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and familiar with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are preferred.
- Familiarity with other project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects within a government context.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this position is \(112,800 - \)140,000, which may vary based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
