Job Overview

We are actively expanding our dynamic team and are on the lookout for skilled software and algorithm developers and engineers who are passionate about advancing sensor data processing technologies and scientific solutions that contribute to national security and defense. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop innovative algorithms for exploiting remote sensor data.
• Exhibit expertise in Python and C++, coupled with strong software design and architectural skills.
• Create proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
• Enhance existing Python-based tools employed in machine learning, modeling, and simulation projects.
• Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment and contribute to shared development tools.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and C++ with strong software design and architecture capabilities.
• Familiarity with remote sensing data, including OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, and RF data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C++, Python, and Linux operating systems (education may substitute for some experience).
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.

Compensation And Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of \(117,000 - \)168,000 per year, depending on factors such as role responsibilities, experience, and education.
