Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Digital Communications Product Owner to elevate our digital communication initiatives. This position is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work from Moline, IL, or other locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our digital communication technologies, focusing on member interaction and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, acting as an advocate for user needs and priorities.
  • Manage communication software solutions, including phone, video, chat, and text, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Maintain product documentation, performance metrics, and alignment with the organizational strategic digital roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and member services effectively.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, invoicing, and product support.
  • Drive product development and enhancements, aligning with member needs and company strategy.
  • Utilize data to monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital communication technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise communication systems such as phone, chat, video teller, and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant discipline (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience within Financial Institutions or Financial Technology sectors.
  • Previous experience as a Digital Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roles is highly valued.
