Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team for a rewarding opportunity. In this role, you will have the chance to manage projects of diverse scope, risk, and complexity, tailored to your expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that progress and status reports are consistently updated.
  • Manage scope, configuration, and change control processes, logging and addressing all issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate effectively with IS technical staff, clients, and contract personnel to coordinate all project resources.
  • Ensure compliance with project management, development, testing, and documentation standards.
  • Facilitate project communications, including regular meetings, and coordinate efforts with the Configuration Management Specialist and Database Administrator.
  • Guarantee successful application implementations alongside designated team members.
  • Manage resource allocation and team capacity to ensure projects are completed on time.

Required Skills

  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience (7-9 years) in managing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities for seamless interactions with stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in a team environment, promoting cooperation and productivity.
  • Integration Planning & Strategy: Skilled in integrating complex systems and devising strategies for successful project delivery.
  • Learning Ability: Demonstrated aptitude for quickly grasping new tools and technologies, with a flexible approach to change.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools for project documentation and communication.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-9 years of project management experience with a successful track record of leading projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred but not required.
