We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our innovative team as a Customer Service / Supply Chain Representative. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your customer service expertise and supply chain knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately processing orders, maintaining comprehensive records, and swiftly addressing inquiries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for effective data management, including the execution of VLOOKUPs and spreadsheet organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, forecast inventory demands, and guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Analyze raw data to generate actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage purchase orders to support the seamless operation of supply chain functions.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and supply chain roles, demonstrating a track record of growth and impact.
  • Strong customer service capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain logistics and management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in executing VLOOKUPs and managing data sets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, along with superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications
