Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assets Operations Senior Specialist to enhance our Global Products Operations team. This pivotal role will focus on the Assets domain, allowing you to represent our Assets product team within the Payment Operations sector across the United States, ensuring the seamless and secure operation of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recurring tasks related to customer investments, divestments, and fund transitions across a variety of asset products, such as stocks and interest accounts.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders engaged in the launch, maintenance, and enhancement of our asset products.
  • Ensure the consistent and high-quality execution of responsibilities within the Assets domain.
  • Collaborate with Banking, Treasury, product managers, and engineers to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Manage the operational aspects involved in the setup, testing, and launch of new products and partnerships.
  • disseminate information regarding central changes with Payment Operations teams and maintain communication with stakeholders across departments, including Finance and Compliance.
  • Take charge of training, documentation, and communication within the Assets Operations sector.
  • Act as the primary contact for global products within the Payments Operations organization and Product teams, serving as the first point of escalation for cases and crises.
